Welcome to St John’s Church in Corby
St John’s is a church for all: whether you consider yourself a ‘fully-signed-up’ Christian, or not at all religious, and of course everything in between.
We are a relaxed and welcoming Anglican church in Corby, Northamptonshire. Our services blend a traditional feel with contemporary worship. We place great importance on teaching from the Bible and regularly celebrate Holy Communion.
We love our town and community: We know that Corby is a great place to live and work, and we’re passionate about serving our town. We value our partnerships with local schools, organisations, businesses and community groups. We believe that a stronger community makes for a stronger church and a stronger church makes for a stronger community.
We’re grateful for our heritage: Our church family has worshipped here for centuries, and our beautiful church building has stood for around 800 years. We’re thankful for the generations who have faithfully served God before us, and we’re excited to continue that story as we share the good news of Jesus with Corby today.
We are a church for imperfect people: None of us has life completely together and that’s exactly why we need Jesus. Knowing that the good news of Jesus Christ is for all, we want to ensure that everyone feels at home at St John’s.
